Monday’s Schedule
(note: for any Americans in the house, that’s schedule pronounced “shed-yule”.)
Mon. Nov. 9
—hosts bring to OPRFHS in the a.m. (note—this is a late arrival day for students. We need to arrange whether to meet at 8am or 9am in Mr. Kahn’s office—room 375)
—FREE Day to explore Oak Park and/or Chicago
—British visitors on their own until 3pm
—schedule with Shane, Martin, Kelly Ann, Miriam and Jacob—writing/rehearsal time
**this whole day until 3:00pm, the students will be the responsibility of the British adults
**return to OPRFHS by 3:00pm for Showcase rehearsal. Shane, Martin, KellyAnn, Miriam and Jacob will help OPRFHS groups prepare for the Fall Showcase. British students will each shadow a different group during the feedback process. Bismark will work with his dancers.
**walk to dinner in Oak Park after rehearsal (approx. 6:15pm)
**we will make arrangements with host families so they can pick up the students from OPRFHS at the end of the evening (sometime between 7:30 and 8:30)
